In painting, I seek to suggest and
invoke feelings, rather than describe. I diffuse images, producing ambiguity,
through the use of muslin collage; I may use many layers of paint, covering
and revealing, as the painting takes on its own nature. That which is
beneath being of equal importance to the surface.
